Military Justice

The Military Criminal Code (MStG) of 13 June 1927 and the civilian Criminal Code of 1937 remain valid to this day and are the basis for the Military Justice.

Main tasks of clerk of court, examining magistrate, military attorney, president of court and judges of the military tribunal system.
